arabels Posted March 26, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2009 Is there anyone who could tell me any good tables they have had on the Brilliance- is it better by a window ( 2nd sitting) or central? and which floor would you recommend? Would appreciate any help:)

I believe MyTime dining takes up most of Deck 5 and late seating last summer was 9pm so you won't be able to see much from a window seat because it will be dark! Do you think you can request a specific table? I've never heard of anyone trying that!
Bell Ringer Posted March 26, 2009 #3 Share Posted March 26, 2009 Even the table numbers often change from cruise to cruise. Then there was a cruise when we had gone in to check our location in the afternoon, and when we went back for dinner, someone had moved our number away from the window table. ( Not nice) Since we had been there first, guess somehow it got slipped back on the original table. ( yes, we spoke with the server about it.) cb at sea Posted March 26, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 26, 2009 Just request the SIZE table you need--none of the tables are "bad" as far as location. And it's not the location that makes dinner special, it's the company at the table!

None bad except i wouldn't want to be in one of those smaller "auxillary" rooms that are attached to the MDR on some ships.
Gaisan09 Posted March 26, 2009 #6 Share Posted March 26, 2009 I'm sailing on the Brilliance OTS on 6-15-09 with my 13 year old granddaughter. I understand that My Time Dining is available. Have you (or anyone else reading this post) had any experience with this? I like the idea of a flexible dining schedule, but since we are new to cruising, I don't know if there's a huge negative I'm not thinking about. Thanks.
