Seek advice on choosing an East Med itinerary

We've 4 ppl traveling together. After reading a lots of good reviews in the forums, we've decided to go for our 1st cruise trip with Grand Princess this Oct. I'm not sure which itinerary suit us the most, and, not sure if we would be too tired to have only 1 sea day, or too bored to have 4 sea days. Btw, we have been to all of the below italy ports and greece ports already. May u advice?

 

Moreover, I found that the price is dropping from last month. Shall I wait a bit to book the cruise later? Thanks again!

I would choose by the itinerary, take a vote among yourselves. I love sea days, there is so much to do on the ship that you won't be bored. (I would go for the first one, with the overnight in Venice!). EM
