cruisefan42 Posted April 14, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2009 Hello, It has been 3 years since I have sailed on Royal Caribbean, does anyone know their policy regarding taking wine onboard? We would like to take a couple of bottles for the room. Lisa

robtulipe Posted April 14, 2009 #6 Share Posted April 14, 2009 Do you know if you can purchase wine onboard to drink in your cabin? You should also consider the Wine & Dine packages as when you are in a dining room you can order an extra bottle to take back to your cabin. Depending on your selection you could save up to 30% off the single bottle price. Lisa I always take box wine in my checked luggage,it's impossible for them to check all that amount of luggage in such little time,it's sniffed by dogs for drugs and explosives. escentialssoycandles Posted April 26, 2009 #8 Share Posted April 26, 2009 Yep, box wine always gets through because even if it is xrayed it shows up as a box and does not tip the person off that it wine because they look for bottles.
