Train travel in Italy

Hello,

I cruised last Fall and found a wonderful thread with information about the trains and schedules in Italy. The port areas even had pictures of what the stations looked like and how to get from the dock to the station. I am having trouble locating this thread. Is it still available on Cruise Critic and could someone help me locate it if it is still available.

Hi,

We will be taking the train from Rome to Civitavecchia in July and I found some useful information on tripadvisor. The website to check train service is www.trenitalia.com (click top right for english version) If you are looking for train service from Rome to Civ. let me know and I can try to post the exact info, it is in great detail but will save you lots of money, instead of a taxi. Hope this helps
