Open Dining

I'm sorry if this question has been asked and answered before, but I've been off of these boards for quite a while except for the thread for my upcoming cruise. Is Celebrity talking about going to Open Dining on their ships? Or perhaps, have they already done so?

 

We will be on Mercury next January and our friends have expressed interest in doing open dining if it's available. The answer will not change our cruise plans in any way, but we would like to know.

Rumored to have open dining or some variation of it in the future but nothing definite at this point.
