Getting from Southampton to Heathrow? July 21

We're taking the Spitsbergen/Norwegian coast cruise on the Black Watch, which disembarks in Southampton on the early morning of July 21. Can anyone recommend the best (and speediest) way to get to Heathrow from there? Our flight leaves at 1:15 PM and the ship arrives at 7:30 AM.

 

I'm afraid we'll have to take a limo, which is expensive! Is anyone else taking this cruise who wants to share one??

Google National exspress bus. very good service to h/row and cheap. bus depot is a short taxi ride from the cruise terminal
