TommyC Posted April 29, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2009 We're just off EOS with friends from Scotland where we each booked our reservations over the internet and linked them for dinner. While aboard, we all went together and booked our next cruise in 9/2010. We have now discovered that our reservations are not linked when we review our respective bookings under MyCruises. And, we're not a group booking. We each called RCL (UK and US) seeking a correction - but the answers and excuses as to why they are not or cannot be linked are beyond belief. Has anyone had this problem recently? Any suggestions or recommendations short of cancellation and internet rebooking to correct it? Thanks! There should be no problem at all doing that. 2 cabins can not be a group booking but they can cross reference your booking numbers. The confusion may be in your using the word "group". Just ask that the two bookings be cross referenced.
