Connecting balconies on Oasis?

Hi... I have a question about side-by-side balconies (not adjoining). We're considering booking 2 balcony rooms on RCCL Oasis OTS, one for DH and myself; one for our 2 sons. Does anyone know if the Oasis balconies will have the option of being opened if they are not adjoining rooms or if they are solid partitions? The 'artists rendering' of the ship makes it look like the partitions are solid. We'd love to be able to share the balconies between the 2 rooms. Thanks! :D

Just curious if anyone can answer this question. We just booked a cruise on the Oasis for Jan 2013 and there will be 6 couples with rooms side by side. Will the balconies open?

Adjoining IS "side by side", you simply don't have "connecting" rooms!..yes...the divider should open...ask your cabin attendant!

Yes. The balcony separation can be opened. Ask your cabin attendant. We did it with a friend in April. In fact, they also open them all when they clean balconies. They open all the seperation and clean all of them at once with a water hose.
