thanks JohnIreland. went on the ventura in march and was disappointed that we couldn't walk all the way round so glad to know we CAN walk right round the jade (even without windows).

You most certainly can...and we did many times during our Jade cruise last August. Which itinerary are you on? We were on the Southampton to Barcelona trip...and we loved it.

The Jade is a lovely ship and the crew was delightful. Have a wonderful time!

ok, first of all, thanks for all the comments to reassure me we can walk all the way around the prom deck,

second of all, i'm hungry, all this talk of scones and toasties,

third and lastly, CANNOT WAIT to go on this cruise, heading off from southampton in august round the med and back again and really looking forward to the freestyle ncl experience of speciality restaurants and no tuxedo!

Rule 1= go on a diet BEFORE leaving.

Rule2=go on a diet AFTER leaving.

Rule 3=Ignore the Indian curries with saffron rice and poppodoms; the fish 'n' chips; the burger-hotdog-pizza stations.

Rule 4=same goes for the hot crumbles with caramel sauce.

And that's just the buffet.......jocap.
