Cab to Pacific in Panama?

Bonnie J.

Recommended Posts

We're cruising over New Years and Colon, Panama is last port. Ship has tour to go to the Pacific via train. Didn't know if we can do this on our own via the train or if a cabbie would take us? Also if anyone knows cost of doing this would appreciate that too. Thanks and........Smile..............

You could do it, but I do not know how much it would cost. In addition, it would be risky unless you had a lot of time. I have been on excursions twice in Panama and both times were caught in major traffic jams. In fact, the first time we were over an hour late making it back to the ship. Luckily it was a ship excursion or they would have left without us.
