Pictures of the Splendor in Victoria

There's a whale tail in Victoria!! :D I was so happy to finally see a Carnival ship here in Victoria. I only wish the day could have been a little nicer for the first ship. As you can see, it was a grey day and it started to rain just as I finished taking the pictures.

The Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas also came in today. It was quite impressive to see both ships docked together.

Is the weather always like that, or just bad luck today??

We've had some beautiful weather the last little while, unfortunately, we do get rainy weather in May and it just happened to hit now. Forecast is for scattered showers for the next week or so.

Is the Mariner bigger than the Splendor? It looks like it in picture and was wondering which ship is bigger?

Thanks,

Tibbie

The Mariner is bigger. I thought the Splendor was pretty big until the Mariner docked in front of it.

Seeing Cabo from the ship was very hard since it looked absolutely beautiful! Although I'm not sure I want to go back to the west coast anytime soon it's hard to not want to stand on that beach! Beautiful!
