The referral works like this... A past passenger refers a new couple by extending to them a referral coupon. After final payment is made by the new passenger, each guest receives $400 shipboard credit for the next cruise. Hope this explains the concept..

I cruised with Seabourn Spirit in April and have not yet received a referral coupon. When should I expect them to arrive?

My experience has been that they will not send it automatically. You must contact them with a request. We have had 2 cruises with Seabourn and had to do this each time.
