Possible POA 1/02/05 Itinerary Change

I just read on another board that the itinerary for the January 2nd POA departure may have changed. I haven't heard back from my TA yet to confirm this, but thought I'd pass along what was reported elsewhere.

 

Monday (1/3): Lahaina, Maui (7A-10P) - tender

Tuesday (1/4): Kahului, Maui (7A-10P) - docked

Wednesday (1/5): Hilo (as planned)

Thursday (1/6): Kona (as planned)

Friday (1/7): Kaui, 8A arrival

Saturday (1/8): Kaui, 6P departure

 

I guess the plus side is I don't have to do the "Lahaina on Your Own" tour, but now have to rebook other excursions. We also have a full second day in Kaui, so I guess that means no Napali Coast?

 

I just checked the "Voyages and Pricing" page at ncl.com and they do not show the updated itinerary info. yet.

NCLA was unable to confirm the itinerary change, although my TA will be looking into it today. The only change the representative noted is that the POA will be leaving Hilo at 7P instead of 6P.

 

I'm off on a cruise tomorrow, but will keep everyone posted if I hear anything before tomorrow morning. I'll be back on Monday to post as well.
