I need an active GC tour that doesn't include stingrays

Every time I go to GC I end up doing the stingray tours with people who have never been there. I'm done!

 

What I need this year is an active tour (this would exclude beach breaks) that does not involve stingrays, snorkeling or scuba. My boyfriend would rather die than lie on a beach all day. I looked on the Carnival site and was interested in the Jeep 4x4 tour or the Kayaking tour. Does anyone know of a private tour operator that provides a similar tour to either one of these?

 

Does anyone have any other suggestions to keep my ADHD boyfriend happy in the Cayman Islands?

The 4x4 jeep trip looked like the most active non-water sport tour I saw on Carnival's excursion list. Not sure what ship you're on.
