QuickShuttle YVR-SEA

Used this service today and was very disappointed. Lots of confusion at the Canada Place pick-up area and the two quickshuttle employees there could not keep order and didn't fully explain things to all passengers. The 0915 bus departed over 30 minutes late and was actually a CanTrans (or something like that) bus that was chartered by QuickShuttle. QuickShuttle advertised that they had WiFi internet, but it wasn't available on this bus :mad:. It took 75 minutes to get through the border chekpoint, which I know is not QS's fault, but after all that, we were 45 minutes late getting to SEATAC. Then we were dropped off at the north charter bus lot that is not covered and causes you to have to drag your luggage about 50 UNCOVERED yards to the terminal - it would be miserable in the rain!

Very sorry you had a poor experience with Qucik Shuttle. I have used them several times and always been very pleased with their service. Always been dropped right at the terminal doors at SEA.

Getting thru the US customs is not something the Qucik Shuttle company has any control over. I am finding the US Custom agents are making the crossing harder & harder. Coming back into Canada i s a breeze but when heading south it takes twice as long.

It was a holiday weekend so that adds to the border waits.
