On Board Credit??

Hey,

 

I'm sailing on Freedom in June and my travel agent told me that I was getting $50 on board credit for that voyage. I just got my travel documents and luggage tags and such in the mail this weekend and there is no mention of the obc or anything saying where it would be. Will i be receiving the obc when i check in at the ship or should I be concerned that there is no mention of it at this time?

Sounds like they booked you at the cash back rate maybe? It should be on your account when you board. I'd call my TA just to make sure.

I too would call to be sure. My TA gave me a OBC though and I got a thing on my bed the first sea day saying the OBC, which didnt show in my documents, so OBC from a TA might be handled differently and not show in your travel document.
