Special "Chef's Dinner" in Culinary Arts Center

I remember someone mentioning that HAL has started having a special dinner event once per cruise in the Culinary Arts Center. It had a per person charge and included wine with every course. Anyone have any specific info on this? How/when to sign up? Cost? Menu? I will be on the Westerdam in a few weeks. Thanks!

I don't have the menu but the price was $129 per person and limited to 20 people.
