Island & stingray Combo

I was hoping to do the stingray and island tour through Nativeway, Unfortunately that tour is booked the day we are there.

Do you know any private company's that offer the island and stingray combo other than nativeway?

 

They do offer it on the ship but I hate ship excursions,

 

I have not been to the Caymans in years but you used to be able to find tours at the dock without pre booking?

I booked stingraysailing.com in January. It was fantastic. He does not do an Island tour that I am aware of, but his trip to the reef was excellent.

I was able to accomplish this with Capt Marvins.

We just checked out the different times and scheduled accordingly. When we e-mailed them they said it would not be a issue making one tour to the other since its the same company. They have a great rep on these boards also.

I am a first time cruiser and will be taking my first cruise in December of this year to the Western Carribean. I have done a little research on this and so far I have found a company called ShoreTrips. The reviews on their website, are very good. Their url is: www.shoretrips.com.

We're looking at booking this excursion for our trip in August. If the tour is over at 2 and the ship sails at 3 is that enough time to make it back on board?

In theory you can make it,

The Caymans is a Tender port and usually the last tender leaves the dock 30 minutes before sailing!!

Personally I'm on vacation and would not want the stress.

I've emailed Nativeway to make sure they'll have us at the dock at 2:00. According to the port authority schedule, we'll be the only ship in that day so hopefully there won't be a problem getting a tender!
