Hi everyone,

 

I had several questions about my up and coming cruise which I emailed to the UK office and have heard nothing in reply. Who else might I try and contact or can anyone help with my questions?

 

The questions are 1. Can I book a thermal suite pass in advance?

2. What is the cost of the suite amenities package?

 

My cruise is July 18th Oosterdam for the b to b 24 nights.

Maybe your TA can get those answers for you?

Here in the states, I would be calling Ships Services at 800-541-576 but that number probably is not useful for you in UK.

I don't know if you can do it online from the UK, but here I went to HAL.COM and selected onboard gifts (that's also where pinnacle grill reservations are) Then you just buy the spa (they have a whole package) for your Booking number.

If you need a non-toll free number to reach HAL from the UK, the main switchboard is 206-281-3535 and you can ask to be connected to Ship Services.
