Exactly where is the dock?

I am trying to figure out where the cruise ship docks in Key West. We have an older group who has some trouble walking long distances and want to make arrangements accordingly. We have thought about the electric car which is probably what we will do. Any suggestions?

Which ship and date will you arrive?

 

No matter where you dock in Key West it will be very close (or you will be transported) to Front St and the foot of Duval St which is the main tourist area. Duval Street is only a flat mile and a quarter long.

The Destiny will dock at the Outer Mole from 0730-1400 which happens to require you to cross Navy property (just a few hundred yards) in order to reach Front Street. You will be shuttlled (free of charge) to the area of the other two piers where ships dock.

GB - Do you mean Aug 21? That is the day Destiny will be here. According to the calender you will be alone in port and will be moored at Pier B (Westin Pier). This is much better than the Outer Mole.

Thanks so much for this information....it is just what I wanted to know but didn't have a clue as to how to find it! Looks like we are alone in port on my cruise date and at the Westin Pier!

Enchantment docks at pier B, The Westin dock. It is an easy walk to Front St from there.

When you say "shuttled" - do you mean in a bus or tram? or something else.

It may be the Old Town Trolley or the Conch Tour Train (they are the same organization) as they have a contract with the city to ferry passengers from the outer mole pier. http://www.historictours.com/keywest/default.htm
