evening dining options

:eek:can anyone tell me before we have to pay our balance if the only options for dining in the evening are in the dining room. Being probably stupid we thought most cruise lines had a 24 hr buffet/casual dining availability but are unable to find anything stating this. Have no problem getting changed for dinner but i do not want to have to participate in formal nights. We are booked on Splendida on Sept 19th going around the med.

MSC does not have food available 24 hours nor a free casual dining option at dinner. Buffets is only open for breakfast (6.30-10) and lunch (12noon-4.30) and occasionally a midnight buffet.

From what I have read, they don't go in for dinner jackets on formal nights on MSC, if that is any help. In other words, formal is not all that formal!

Last month on the MSC Opera hardly anyone wore a tie, even on formal nights. MSC is quite relaxed on dress code.
