YES !

No irons are permitted onboard, regular or traveling. You can use the ones that are located in the Laundry Room on the ship.

I assume you mean a hair iron rather than a clothes iron.

 

You will be just fine using it in your cabin. The bathroom doesn't have an electrical outlet, but the desk with mirror will suit quite well.

There is an outlet marked shaver; I've never risked plugging anything else in it.
