Vancouver Fairmont Airport - walking distance?

Is this really walking distance from the hotel to the American Airlines counter? With suitcases in tow?

the hotel is attached to the airport terminal (i.e. it is in the airport) and you can get to US departures from the hotel *easily* even with suitcases in tow.

A Very short walk probably no more than a couple of minutes.

Yes, the Vancouver Fairmont Airport is part of the terminal building. It's maybe 100 feet from the escalator to the airport to the USA departures checkin desks.
