Go to ncl.com Go to ship - Star Do a search - perk See question "Q: 1 answer what are the perks for penthouse category AB?" See answer - by NCLStaff - Miami, FL Also, just above the answer it has a logo of NCL with Staff Answer. All others either say anonymous or a name that was setup. The information here is much more reliable. Not only that, from ship to ship amenities vary and specifically services provided by the concierge and butler vary greatly.
