restaurants near hotel jazz

This will be our first time visiting Barcelona(pre and post cruise). We're staying at the Hotel Jazz, and was wondering if anybody knew of any restaurants close to that area.. Preferably tapas..thanks

We have eaten at 2. There is one to the left of the hotel, walking away from the Ramblas that we did not really enjoy. We like Cuidad Condal , which is on rambla de catalunya. It is accross the Gran Via when walking toward Placa Catalunya. Look for the NH Calderon Hotel. It is on teh same street about 2 or 3 doors down. About a 5 minute walk from Hotel Jazz.
