Does anyone know where the tender boats drop and pick up RCCL passengers?

All cruise ships tender into the same place which is located right on the Quai Laubeuf which is on the seaside of the Vieux Port (Old port). If you have a street map (you can download this online) this tender pier is located close to the intersection of the streets Quai St Pierre and Blvd Jean Hibert. From the tender pier you exit at a large parking lot and are a short walk from the heart of Cannes.

FYI...there is also a little place right where the tenders dock that has 30 minutes of internet for 2 euro. We had our laptop but they also have computers you can use. Much cheaper than the ship!

Depends where you want to go:

 

promenade ride: just at the end of the parking of the cruise terminal.

 

other destinations is just one or two blocks from the parking away.
