Can you get 200 OBC with Past Passenger rate?

Does anyone know if you can get the 200 OBC with your past passenger upgrades? It says you can't combine with residency rates but nothing about past passenger. Thanks

There are so many deals out there that combine and don't that you specifically need to call and ask, and even then I've had them call me three weeks later and refuse to honor perks they already approved.

No codes can be combined, so the answer is no. Other than matching another rate with ES, no other times can you combine any codes that I know of. None.

 

It also says the cash back offer is only good on the fun saver rate somewhere, the more expensive rate, so thats why you cant get it with another rate.
