Another On board credit problem created by Princess

We booked our cruise in May 09. Is it worth me checking with princess whether rates would be worthwhile for us or am I wasting my time?

I suppose the answer to this, is that you don't know if you don't try - its only a short phone call to find out :) Think I will give it a go tomorrow

Let us know how you got on as I am very annoyed with Princess after my experience.

Mollywest as you booked in May 09 think you will be VERY unlikely to get the exchange rate of $2

I was told by the lady at Princess in Southampton that the cut off point was the end of last year and some people who booked in Nov and Decv 08 haven't managed to get this great rate.

The rate you will get is what the echange rate was when you booked.
