Getting off and on the ship at port.

Is there a schedule to the tenders that go to and from the boat?

If I finish up an excursion then want to get back on the ship to get a bite to eat and a change of clothes then go back out can I do that, or do the tenders only come and go at certain times?

Thanks!

They go back and forth about as fast as they can fill up or the next one shows up, 15 minutes is usually the most Iv ever waited.

I bought a ring in the Caymans, had to go back to get more cash from the safe, then back to purchase it, then I had to wait for them to resize the ring, back to the ship to eat lunch with my sister, then back a 3rd time. all before 12:30, just past noon.

No worries.

Firefly answered your question already, but I just wanted to add, in case you didn't know, that not all ports have to tender. Some ports have a dock where you just walk off and on the ship from the dock as many times as you want.

Thank you for the answers.

Kinda made another lightbulb go off in my head though... What documentation do you need to make sure they let you back on the ship.

Do they ask for ID or something to prove you belong on the ship?

You will need your seapass and I always bring my passport. This is debatable, some people don't bring theirs. If you don't have a passport, you could bring your DL, but that is not a requirement either. Once my seapass card messed up and they wanted a photo ID, so I was glad I had mine so I didn't have to go back to my room and go through the line again.
