Looking for couples to share excursions

My husband and I are cruising on Azamara Quest on August 9th to Italy and Croatia and would like to know if there is another couple who would be willing to share a cab or driver to some of the places listed in Azamara's excursion brochures. We have cruised around the world and are not intimidated by going off on our own without the benefit of tour guides. In fact, our experiences have been richer as a result. We have found in our many years of cruising, that you can save a lot of money and usually experience more by taking trains, getting drivers, etc. to take you to some of the advertised places. Looking forward to hearing from you.

You'll have to wade through a lot of joking and chit chat, but especially in the last several pages, there are a few newcomers to the thread still looking to form private excursions.
