Where are all the colorful fish in Bermuda?

:confused:I have been to Bermuda 2x now. One land vacation and one cruise. We are planning to go again with some friends. One thing I found very disappointing was when snokeling the amount of colorful and different fish there are. Down in the caribbean there are so many beautiful fish and I find I don't see that in Bermuda. Is it do to the cooler water? Am I not going to the right snokeling spots? Can someone let me know their experience with this and if there is a better spot to see all the beautiful amazing fish I thought there would be...

That makes me feel a little better. Were there a lot of them or just 1 or 2..?

Went to Church Bay last week and there were lots of colorful fish. Bumped into about 15 bright blue/turquoise large parrot fish.

We saw a lot of colorful fish at Tobacco Bay when we were there in Mayy.

They already answered your question. Both said "a lot" or "lots" and one even gave you a number.

It's been a while since I was there but I also saw a baby octopus at Tobacco Bay. It wa pretty cool. It's a nice area and not too deep and the water is pretty warm. And like the other poster said, there are lots of colorful fish. Have a great time!:)

I saw a baby octopus there too! Back in 2005. Also, tons of amazing parrot fish, and beautiful sea slugs.

Thank you. I should try Tobacco Bay. Sounds great. Seeing a baby octopus would make my day. I guess where I was, it was a bad location.

Not necessarily. On any given day at any place you can see many or few. We've always had good luck at Tobacco Bay but others said it was a bust. Last year at Church Bay, we didn't see anything. Maybe we didn't spend enough time there but it tends to be rough and I got tired of being bounced around. Beautiful uncrowded beach though.
