Crystalcat Posted August 7, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2009 We have booked a cruise for next March through our TA, and part of the pricing included $50 in OBC for each cabin. Since one of the cabins is for our sons who I don't expect to be incurring any charges (they won't be getting soda cards, and there's no real reason for them to sign for anything else), how do we use the OBC attributed to their cabin? Can it be put towards the gratuities, or can it be switched to my DH's and my cabin?, or would they automatically put it on the adult cabin? Thanks! catnt2 Posted August 7, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 7, 2009 Yes, the OBC can be used for Tips, Excursions or what ever you want to use it for.
cb at sea Posted August 7, 2009 #3 Share Posted August 7, 2009 Your kids are on YOUR bill, right? Your method of payment is for BOTH cabins, right? You should be able to spend the credit, no matter which cabin it's attributed to....after all, it's your account!!
FLACRUISER99 Posted August 7, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 7, 2009 Usually you book 1 adult in each cabin, switch once you get onboard.
CruisinDawn Posted August 7, 2009 #5 Share Posted August 7, 2009 Tips will eat up the $50 in a hurry so unless you are taking a cruise that is less then 3 days unfortunately it's spent already. :D ($29.25 x 2 = $58.50 for a 3 day cruise) BonVoyage Dawna
