Changing menus on Princess ships?

You will see a lot of items repeated from the Diamond menu, but there will be some differences. Menus can be specific to the region the ship is sailing, like Caribbean Night (one of my least favs but some love it, which is great) but the menus for the formal nights are usually very very similar.

In addition, the always available items are just about uniform from ship to ship in the fleet.

The menus we had on the Grand in February were all new, however, they did retain some of the "old" dishes but a lot of new dishes were presented including the "homestyle" which was very good. Better than my homestyle.
