teacher2cruiser Posted August 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 8, 2009 I know they give you one if you're a past guest, but my question is this: Can they be purchased? When I sailed on the Holiday, it was my first Carnival Cruise, and I'd love to have one. I know many of you have said you don't care about them, but since I do scrapbooking, and since the Holiday is about to be "history", I'd like a pin. I'm hoping I can purchase one somewhere? THANKS! captswanson Posted August 8, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 8, 2009 Go to Carnival Cruise Line on Ebay. You will find past guest pins for almost every ship Carnival has.
yogimax Posted August 8, 2009 #3 Share Posted August 8, 2009 Although I would be wary of using ebay for coupons, this should be fine
jetskier Posted August 8, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 8, 2009 Carnival is in the process of phasing out ship pins. Once the supply is gone then they are not being reordered. With that said, there was such an uproar about them doing away with them that Carnival is looking at making them available in the gift shops. John Heald is suppose to be releasing the news shortly as to what they intend to do. We are all pushing that they make all the pins available in each gift shop that way you can pick up pins you are missing to include ships no longer in the fleet. ScootsMom Posted August 8, 2009 #5 Share Posted August 8, 2009 Under Cruise Discussion Topics click on Cruise Memorabilia and post your request for the pin. Maybe someone will be willing to do a trade or give it to you. Good luck!!!:)
