Train from London to Dover Aug 09

I'm sorry to be late in posting this and not sure if anyone else has seen it. When we returned in early July from the Jewel, we took the train from Dover Priory to London Victoria. once in Victoria, I recall seeing a sign with information about disruption in this service during the month of August due to repairs on the track. I don't know how this can be confirmed, except possibly a London Rail website, but if you are considering taking the train to or from Dover, you may want to reconsider and find an alternate route.

I think that there's work being done between Dover and Folkestone, so there's a replacement bus service on this bit of the route. It's been discussed on at least one thread on the British Isles forum, for anyone who wants to go there and search for it.
