Portifino, Pisa and Gourmet Lunch Tour - Sept sailing

Trying to decide between Portifino vs Florence. If anyone has done the Portifino, Pisa and Gourmet lunch tour , could you please give advice. ( I have been to Florence but never Portifino). Also if anyone has advice on other Med. excursions through Princess in other ports I would appreciate it as well.
