  1. Would anyone be willing to share the referral coupon? We’re sailing for the first time on Seabourn on 3/17. Jausses at Verizon.net Thanks for your consideration.
  2. I just discovered this thread and have a first time Seabourn booking sailing on 3/17. Any chance that someone would be kind enough to email me a coupon? Jausses at Verizon.net Thanks so much!
  3. Can anyone offer an opinion on Ovation Owners Suite 1012. It’s being offered as an upgrade but I understand that it’s Accessible. I can’t find any pictures or videos. Thanks in advance.
  4. You are not a serious person and I’m still uninterested in your opinion.
  5. Without going into details, you are not a serious person and I am not interested in your opinion.
  6. Wow. That’s the worst I’ve heard. So sorry!
  7. Btw, I recently stumbled upon Amazon’s 10x magnifying, lighted, rechargeable travel makeup mirrors. They weigh less than a pound and are perfect for cruising. So glad you posted this question. No offense taken. 😉
  8. Good point. Thanks so much!
  9. My Kindle was not lost. I inadvertently left it under a pillow in a Haven suite. As we were leaving, our steward was going in to do the turnover. It would seem that this is an easy fix. Yes, I reported it very quickly. I was notified that the report was received. Then things fell apart. After 2 weeks, I contacted a Guest Experience Coordinator who referred me back to the Lost and Found. I will not believe that our Steward pocketed my item. I would be more comfortable realizing that there is no Lost and Found which does not sit well. My question remains, has anyone had better luck with an item left behind?
  10. There’s no blame assigned. My question is if there is an actual Lost and Found? I can certainly purchase a replacement but do I need to?
  11. After returning home and realizing that you accidentally left something in your cabin, has anyone been reunited with said item through NCL Lost and Found? I’ve been getting the run around since 6/4. Wondering if I should call it quits.
  12. Seriously? This topic is about items of some value. An after thought is an item in a Haven suite where our steward entered as we left. Finally, the question is whether there is an actual Lost and Found in place. Looking at your picture- possibly not.
  13. It’s very disappointing that NCL doesn’t have a better handle on the Lost and Found department. I know exactly where my Kindle was when I disembarked. Our steward entered the cabin as I left. I contacted Lost & Found within 8 hours. If there are, in fact, no procedures in place NCL could make that known. Why keep shuffling my emails and phone calls? Just wondering…….
  14. It’s very disappointing that NCL doesn’t have a better handle on the Lost and Found department.
  15. The lack of concern is what is bothersome. Yes, it’s only worth $150 or so. But, I thought Haven guests or any guests could be assured of more courtesy than I’ve gotten.
  16. We disembarked from a Haven suite on the Joy on 6/4/23. That night I realized that I had left my Kindle under a pillow on the bed. I remembered that as we were leaving, our steward was waiting to turnover our room. I contacted the Lost & Found site with all of the necessary information. I was so optimistic that this would be an easy fix. There is still no resolution. After 2 weeks I reached out to the Concierge desk and was directed to US Guest Experience who referred me back to Lost & Found who has indicated nothing. Any advice?
  17. So sorry. I saw ‘Ladies & men who like to look at themselves close up’. Whoops!
  18. I’m jumping on to inquire about lighted magnifying mirrors in suites on the Ovation. Are they available?
  19. I advise checking the square footage of the Haven upgrades. The Haven suites tend to be the smallest. We prefer the Haven Afts which are larger and many times less expensive. Some even have an extra bathroom. It may involve more walking but that means you can eat more. 😉
