REALLY interesting article but your sensational thread title isn't really all that accurate. :D

 

They are talking about forcing the tobacco to make the protein which will be used to make the vaccine. But they are not telling us anyone will be smoking tobacco.

 

Tests have suggested the vaccine would work better in the nose than taken orally, probably because immune cells in the nasal passages are more inclined to take up the vaccine.

 

 

 

How hopeful they may actually formulate a protection against Noro Virus.
