Botanical gardens

There is a walking trail with many signs to labels trees and other plant life. This is also a great trail to see the Cayman blue iguana, an extremely endangered species. Many have bee caught and tagged but a few have not.

There is also a captive breeding program where some of the blue iguanas are raised in enclosures.

There is also a flower gardens section with a vibrant assortment of colors encompassing a array of paths.

The Botanic Park is on Botanic Road, just off Frank Sound Road, in North Side. You are best off renting a car to go.
