The circular route takes it along Government Street (from just north of the Empress Hotel), past Chinatown and then returning along Store and Wharf Streets.

We loved Victoria when we were there for 5 days, a couple of years ago & look forward to our upcoming cruise port day. It will coincide with the 30 day trial period of the free trolley. We also love the little water taxi that can be taken all over the bay & is about the cutest form of transportation I've ever seen.
