I will be there for 2 days next weekend. Obviously the cathedral is a must see but what other sights do people reccomend? Is a day trip to Honfleur worth doing?

I'd appreciate any advices. Have only booked this trip with 1 week to go and whilst I will be doing my own research I thought I'd appeal first to the collective knowledge on here!;)

Honfleur is very charming and I love it but it can get jammed with Parisians on the weekend. Fecamp and Etretat north of LeHavre are nice and a bit closer though I believe that the seascape of Etretat made famous by Monet is now on a golf course!

For your second day, for me it would be toss-up between Giverney and Honfleur. Both will be busy on the weekend.

I still regret that I missed the unique Satie museum in Honfleur due to Mr. Military History's anxiety to get to Pegasus Bridge and our other WWII sights on a land trip to France three years back.
