sail7seas Posted August 22, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 22, 2009 Is this an employment ad posted on the net somewhere? What is it? If I lived in Seattle, I might have applied. :D
jtl513 Posted August 22, 2009 #3 Share Posted August 22, 2009 Is this an employment ad posted on the net somewhere? What is it? If I lived in Seattle, I might have applied. :D On the bottom of the HAL site home page there's a link to Careers. If you click that, it breaks down to land-based and ship-based employment. If you click on the land-based it takes you to a site called careerbuilder.com where the Ship Inventory Specialist job is listed. (And a couple others.) :)
sail7seas Posted August 22, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 22, 2009 :) Thanks, John You know so much about the HAL site? :D I barely go there to do more than look for itineraries, check prices, pre-register and now for e-docs. I hardly roam around there at all. I don't find it all that much fun to navigate but that is just me.

ger_77 Posted August 22, 2009 #17 Share Posted August 22, 2009 Oh please, pick me, pick me; I'd love to be the Upgrade Fairy! As a fairy I wouldn't have to commute, I'd just wave my wand and I'd be in my office, fully clothed, hair and make-up already in place. Of course, I'd probably be trailing a little fairy dust behind me, but I'd make sure it wasn't the kind that gets stuck on furniture or other people's clothes. :o What a great job, I'd love to do it . . . I'll just wait for them to call me; they have my number from our cruise bookings and Mariner profile. Sigh, this is so exciting! Smooth Sailing! :):):)
