davewilliamt Posted August 27, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 27, 2009 Its beginning to look a lot like Carnival is the only cruise line with reasonable fairs for 2010. They are showing the following: 7 Day Western on the Dream 7 Day Western on the Glory 7 Day Western on the Legend 7 Day Western on the Valor 6 Day Western on the Freedom 7 Day Eastern on the Liberty Looks like Legend and Freedom have the cheapest balconies (freedom is a 6 day however) Dream and Liberty are the most expensive What premium would you pay to be on the Dream? I really don't care too much about the ports of call, as I have been to all the places before, and generally like the ship when no one else is aboard. Just trying to get a little sunshine. Any thoughts? Should I wait for another cruise line? If I put down a deposit while on a cruise (the $100) I am going on in a week, can I cancel it and still keep the OBC for a future cruise, if I don't get a refund? Thanks, Dave
firefly333 Posted August 27, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 27, 2009 If you have to fly in, going on the Dream will mean its harder to get to port. I probably would pick the easiest port to go out of, time and money wise... Ft. Lauderdale is my pick if I have to fly to Florida ... whichever ship that is. So a 6 day Freedom vs. a 7 day glory or valor for pretty much the same $ Freedom is out of Ft. Lauderdale, Glory and Valor are out of Miami
