Rare kernow Posted August 28, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 28, 2009 We don't normally bother with the internet on the ship but will need to go online on our upcoming cruise on Navigator. We are thinking of bringing a laptop and buying a package but is wi fi available in the cabins or elsewhere on the ship? Thanks, Julie

Julie Hi Julie Yes I was hoping for in the cabin also...rather peeved they did away with the Cybercabin on Navigator.:( Ok it wasnt the best and often had problems but heck it was so much easier than hunting for hot spots in your pjs :o:D
boulders Posted August 28, 2009 #5 Share Posted August 28, 2009 If you only need a computer for being online, I would forgo the laptop and just use the ship's computers. It's easy enough to go use them and then go off to the Windjammer/pool etc without having to take the laptop back to the cabin. I'm normally joined at the hip with my laptop, but on a cruise, it stays in the cabin and I use the ship's computers.
