RSF Cruiser Posted November 3, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 3, 2016 Does anyone know if Princess is offering flat rate photo packages on Panama Canal cruises? Last summer on our Alaskan cruise on the Grand, they offered a flat rate (~$200) for every photo taken on the ship. I'm hoping there is a similar offer on the Island when we go through the canal in December.
CruiserBruce Posted November 3, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 3, 2016 (edited) I would be asking this on the Princess board. I would expect them to, as photos are a cash cow for the cruise line. But ask over there, as it is a Princess specific procedural issue. Edited November 3, 2016 by CruiserBruce

They do sell a good DVD of the cruise with video taken by the photography staff.
RSF Cruiser Posted November 4, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted November 4, 2016 Thanks - I just posted the question on the Princess Forum. I posted here since I wanted responses from people who were on a Princess ship through the Panama Canal.

We did an Alaskan cruise last summer on the Grand and you got all your pics (including the ones from formal nights) both digitally and the hard copy for $199. We went towards the end of the season and they said they just started the promotion a couple cruises before ours. I hope they continue it! HeatherC430 Posted May 16, 2017 #6 Share Posted May 16, 2017 They do! I currently have the photo package booked (it was only $99 for unlimited photos) for next year's Panama Canal Partial transit on the Caribbean Princess (Jan of 2018). At that price I couldn't pass it up!
knbcruisers Posted May 16, 2017 #7 Share Posted May 16, 2017 I checked our booking and the photo package is available for $199. This is for March 21, 2018 on the Coral. Prepay gets you the $50 discount Sent from my iPhone using Forums
