We enjoy AQ for dining in BLU and Persian Garden, all other additives are irrelevant to us. It used to be reasonably priced, but not any more. I did upgrade to AQ from a balcony for only $90 / cabin total for our April cruise. I think X wanted to sell few available cabins. So now they call it sold out. Otherwise, now we book balcony and for the price difference we dine in Specialty restaurants several times. It seems AQ is now about $400-500/pp per day - not worth it.

"Award winning" cruise line strikes again.... I thought it was just me, trying to get into my reservation without any luck....

Happy to report that when I called yesterday to pay for our Holiday cruise on Equinox, I was able to book Murano for 2 nights with plenty time slots available. Go figure....

Last time we dined in Murano in March, we had no problem to make reservations on board and there were plenty empty tables. That is why this time no availability puzzled me. Stuffing??? Other restaurants have plenty of time slots.

Thank you all for your input. I was not even thinking about packages. It was just strange to me. I never had this problem, although, like you pointed out - it is a Holiday cruise. I will be checking daily and then on board. Looking forward to this cruse.😀

We are booked on Xmas / New Year cruise for 11 days and we're planning to have 2-3 dinners at Murano, but when I tried to reserve them, found out - nothing was available, not even listed under "manage my reservation". What might be the reason? Any thoughts?

No, please. Not on Chic night. Celebrity cruises already downgraded dress code. What is next? "Designer " T shirt? Please keep it semi upscale.

Not worth to pay for Persian on M class. Just my 2 cents. Very depressing, not relaxing area.

We had "Elevated" package with the cruise booked with double OBC (all booked on board). Before final payment, price dropped, we lost elevated (since it is no longer offering) to classic and half OBC. But price difference was worth it. After final payment, for our price we could get an upgrade, but it will cost us more OBC.

I have sailed in several " Hump" AQ cabins, and mid/ aft cabins - never had noise issues and we like "overhang" cabins. I would not book under gym, or AQ cafe on the port size. Under beauty salon is OK. Depending on itinerary under the pool area might be problematic- chair set up noise and late party music.

We have 9 days Caribbean cruise booked for April 15, 2023 - balcony deck 6 with all perks. Few days ago, when I checked our pricing - AQ ( with ALL) was less $$ than 2D balcony. I switched my deck 6 midship balcony to the last mid/aft AQ cabin. 😀

We got " Elivated" deal during booking on board few months ago for 2 cruises. It is Premium beverage package, Premium WiFi, and double OBC. For one of this cruises, we downgraded to a Classic AL with sagnificant price saving.

I have been cruising for over 25 years and always had TAs ( small and large) handling my bookings, but after pandemic shutdown, some TA are on shorter time work schdule and sometime it was hard for me to get in touch with them for time sensitive issues, like cabin change or price change. So I booked last 4 cruises direct with X and it was easier to do changes when needed or dealing with FCC follow ups. This is just my 2 cents.

We are on Nov 12 sailing, booked direct with X. Final payment was August 14.

Actually, if the cruise is booked before March 31, it will be under CWC according to X website. Cancel up to 48 Hours Before you Sail You have up to 48 hours before you sail to cancel and receive 100% Future Cruise Credit to use on a sailing that departs on or before December 31, 2022 or within one year from your original sailing date, whichever is later.

We are going on the cruise in November. Made final payment last week. Got a price drop reduction before final payment. Now, week later price has dropped again. I called X - no price adjustment and to get a an upgrade, they said, cruise must be repriced under current promotion. Upgrade was not worth loosing $250.00 OBC. Price for the cabin was the same.

What is current capacity on board? And, if any Covid positive cases has been reported. Thanks

We used to sail Aq all the time, but now price difference will pay for multi specialty restaurant dinners and Persian Garden if you want it.

On our last cruise in March of this year, food was very good in the MDR, OV and Murano - large variety of everything. I am not a big meat eater, but FM in MDR was excellent. I guess inflation has not kicked in yet. Will see what will be in November.

They should just increase the price. Gratuity for nothing provided just leave a bad impression.
