What the TA is saying is that the bride gives Carnival a list of the names so they will have a list and send you to the right place to wait with the rest of the wedding party

I agree
It's also less than a 5 minute walk to terminal.
Tonny O - I have the Hilton Garden Inn Harbor East booked would the new Courtyard be better a better choice?
-
I always went midship and then one time took an aft and now that is what I purposely book. I like the back elevator going up the lido for lunch, etc so it is my favorite place now. Didn't really notice any more movement at all.

I wonder if they let people who use Carnival's transporation to the port enter the port through the appointment line anyway. It seems like they should since you don't have control over the time. They do

Yes, that's a good area. That hotel actually shares a building with a Homewood Suites. If you're a Starbucks junkie like me, visit the HUGE Starbucks Reserve store adjacent.
Sounds perfect! Can you walk to the aquarium?

I booked the Hilton Garden Inn, Harbor East - is that a good choice? TIA

Oh cool thank you! Can you tell me if there was a refrigerator? A youtube post says there is not but that was pre makeover.
Yes there was!

I just stayed in this cabin on the 7/30 cruise. It is awesome. It is configured a bit differently and is L shaped. If you look at the deck plans for the ship on the Carnival site and click on that room it is exactly the picture. The balcony is longer and has 2 chairs, a table and a lounger.
It was really, really quiet.

Thanks. Can you tell me where on deck 10? What about deck 3?
Deck 3 was right out side the door by customer service. Deck 10 towards the back

Sunrise had the same type of area on Deck 10,

If there is a local nursing home they would welcome books.

I have been choosing the Aft area as I find it quieter and coincidently I always take deck 7 or 8. If the Lido is right above you on 9 I would take deck 7

Hi there. I got off the Sunrise last week and there was an 80s party. CD Chris is awesome and make sure to go to his one man show.
I bought a rechargeable waterpik and use it in the shower.

Yes they have! And agree it is so smooth now.

There is a nice sitting area on deck 5
-
Yes - no problem bringing on an empty water bottle.
-
For me I would go with the waiting on the ship to disembark closer to the time the bus arrives. You will have a good idea of the time when you get there on sail day.

No - The pools on the ships are very small.
