We’re on the itinerary for Oct 28th. Since Ive previously used italytours.eu before, we’re planning in booking our excursions in Naples, Florence and disembarkation with them.

Ive used both companies last year. Theyre very reliable.

I was able to pack enough clothes for 3 days in Rome plus 7 days cruise. It took me several hours to plan what to wear on what day plus mix and match pants and tops. Fortunately for us, I get 1 free laundry with NCL. The airline that NCL booked us on is notoriuous for delayed and canceled flights, worse customer service and missing luggages. I didn't want to take a chance and packed everything in a carryon plus in personal bag. My personal bag expands to a carryon so on the return flight I plan on checking in a luggage. I figured if my suitcase doesn't show up for days or lost Im already home and can file a claim with my travel insurance. Anything I buy in Italy or of importance will be in my carryon. My clothes and shoes can always be replaced.

I received confirmation for our excursions at Naples and Sicily. They emailed me that we were the only ones booked for Mt Etna so we ended up booking something with NCL..

We booked transfers from airport to hotel then from hotel to port with Rome Cabs. They were highly recommended by members of Cruise Critics. We plan on paying the driver with a credit card. We'll have 2 large suitcases and 2 carryons.

Ive emailed them regarding 3 excursions that we were interested in. They replied within 24 hrs. We're actually booked and paid for the Best of Florence & Pisa excursion in July. Also booked for the Pompeii, Sorrento and Amalfi plus Mount Etna and Taormina but currently we are the only ones booked for these excursions. They need at least 8 people.

Did you booked a private transfer through Viator? We currently have a reservation from hotel to port with this company. I wonder if we should cancel that and book with another company. Our cruise isn't till July 10th. Did they say the reason why they cancelled? Thanks
