How are your plans coming along for New York City ? It’s the same for the Chrysler building . I was stopped from entering. If you are ever in LA the Bradbury building lobby is very interesting. I was , again, stopped from going in . I saw the interior on a Perry Mason episode. Perhaps, you can talk your way into taking a look in these off limit lobbies.

We liked the Hilton . When we were there there was a lake with ducks . The fish and chips were delicious. I had them every day . There was a cricket field with bleachers outside our sliding door and we watched one game . The problem was the location. The foreign ( from India ) taxi drivers charged us twice what the local driver charged us . I’m very fussy about hotels and this one was nice except for the taxis .

We took the National Express bus from Heathrow to Southampton. We boarded the bus at our arrival terminal in a shaded area with seating. There were taxis waiting at the Southampton bus terminal. I made the mistake, or maybe not, of booking a Hilton that was not too close to city center. One day , we took the bus to Winchester.

My husband visited Long Beach on business quite a few times before we moved to Santa Clarita in 2006 . I would go with him often . We cruised out of San Pedro in 2023 and believe me or not you are going to be bored staying in San Pedro . The Tiki bar Dave referenced is within walking distance of the Long Beach Westin which @Jimbo has also mentioned. Laguna Beach is very nice and with a rental car should not be a problem. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton . This October , we are staying one night at the Crowne Plaza . Last year , we stayed at the Doubletree. It’s because , we’ve been there , done that. I’m sure , you have your itinerary planned and know what you want to do.

Really , if I remember correctly you wanted out of CA . I must be mistaken. The LA freeways are not the German autobahn . Be careful !

Eclipse started about half hour ago . The peak will occur at 11:11 AM . No one out looking so blazée . We have friends on Holland America off the coast of Mazatlan continuing on to Hawaii and Vancouver.

Not exactly Pliny the Younger however my daughter dated in high school the founder of Ballast Point Brewery. I’ve read , he did very well with that business.

I don’t have any business experience but I’m pretty sure RCI will set the final price at what the market will bear. Start out high and let them think they are getting a bargain as they lower the price and they still make a profit. I’m just wondering if the number of restaurants will affect the set price of UDP. As far as those cabanas I’m not interested.

The UDP and the cabanas at CoCo Cay are on sale for the 2/2/2025 Wonder of the Seas sailing . What a bargain 😊

Somebody is very observant. Good news your surgery went well . I had the hardest time getting those eye drops in my eyes instead of on my face . My husband had to help me out.

I’m confused as to what’s what as far as Bella and Sea Dog cruises. Bella 1 completed Wonder Caribbean 2/25 Utopia Bahamas 2/25 ? ?
