  1. It was not on thread until just now when DaKahuna posted it. The earlier list was not the complementary list. So yes I did read the whole thread.
  2. I still have not come across what is free for a standard outside cabin breakfast room service. Does anyone have that list?
  3. Thanks… that was very helpful. Doubt I will be doing any specialty restaurants, but I will let them know if we go to the OVC instead.
  4. I have a separate question….. Why would Celebrity rearrange and change table numbers each cruise for anytime dining when they wouldn’t know who is coming and when? I understand they could push tables together before seating a group as the need arises. That could possibly make a numbered table unavailable to my group, but it doesn’t seem likely those tables would lose it’s number designation. I mean , for example, if they push table numbers 4, 5 and 6 together to accommodate a large group, it would not make sense to make up a temporary number for it for one meal. The waiters would be informed of the joining and know which of the original numbers are involved.
  5. That is what I am looking at too. 4 tops actually. Despite the possible table number changes each cruise, I would still like to see a current plan. Apparently what I have been hearing is that Celebrity makes drastic changes each cruise. I have never experienced that on HAL. With them, I have been able to ask for a specific table by number by email before a cruise and always got it. They always said they couldn’t guarantee a choice, of coarse. I am going with open seating this time so I wouldn’t necessarily be picking a specific table. It would just be nice to know the size and locations now, by number. I can handle if they change things around when I board 🙂
  6. I do not have assigned seating.
  7. Good suggestion. But do you think they would allow you to snap a picture of the current table plan? Deck 4 only.
  8. As mentioned in my original comment, I am aware of changes on particular cruises in table numbers. I would still find it helpful to get a general idea. Especially since the tables pushed together have some original numbers and are still in the same general area. On HAL , it was very easy to get a plan by contacting ship services. My past experience with Celebrity has shown that they are much less accommodating on this and other matters. So I wasn’t expecting much, but wanted to ask here anyway.
  9. Is there any way to get a Millennium MDR dining plan ahead of time? I am aware that numbering can change but I still would find it helpful to get a good idea as far as location.

  11. I am planning on a dress shirt, dark pants and a tie. Also trying to just use a carryon and knapsack.
  12. Ah…. I had forgotten about the coffin chairs on the Millennium!
  13. My cabin is on deck 7 that should be handy. Oh wait, I will be on the Millennium. Will it be there on that ship?
  14. Thanks for all the wonderful pics from the ship ! The Millennium Alaska in 2019 was my last cruise and they brought back memories of how much I appreciated her refurbishment. I will be back on her in June and your pics added to the excitement.
  15. Is there free basic coffee with those pastries, or do have to purchase a specialty beverage ?
  16. Sounds good to do it that way, but I still wish I could see pictures so I know what I am buying.
  17. Does this bring back memories. I remember cruising on the Mercury in the 90’s. There was a very talented lady with an illustrious career on Broadway. They had the volume so loud , the only way it was bearable was to stand outside the showroom. My opinion then , as a much younger man, that high volume was used to cover poor talent. This lady did not warrant that volume. I still feel the same today. Fast forward to my last Cruise on the Millennium in 2019. The volume was just right in all venues and everyone was enjoying themselves. I never heard anyone say “crank it up.” I do hope the entertainment is at an acceptable level on my upcoming Alaska cruise in June as I sail the Millennium again.
  18. What is the best time to book dinner to be able to see the late or early shows?
  19. I do recall that bank of elevators that took you down to port level. I will have to remember to walk past the regular hotel elevators.
  20. Thanks! Two ladies are sharing a room at Pan Pacific and I am staying at a low priced hotel nearby. That will be a big help for the ladies…..even if they are traveling light. So do you have to inform them when you check in to the hotel or do you request them to come and get it when you depart the room?
